Hosted by Planet Egypt (Anne White), these Showcase evenings are held on the last Thursday of the month, and the venue is Darbucka - featuring special guest stars in performance, and Arabic disco so that you too can boogie on down.

Please note that there is an entrance fee on the door.

Saqarah Monthly Haflahs

Saturday 4th April.

St Aloysius Social Club, 20 Phoenix Road, London NW1 1TA.

Hosted by Eshta & Nafiseh, these Haflahs are held monthly, featuring a range of different dancers in performance, and plenty of dance time for yourselves.

Please note that although it may be possible to buy a ticket on the door but these are subject to availability, so entrance is not guaranteed. Advance tickets are cheaper and your place will be assured.

I will be dancing at Saqarah on 18th July.

The Silk Route at the The Star & Garter, Putney- an evening of dance, music and camaraderie in the most beautiful surroundings of the sumptuous Ballroom - situated in an idyllic location overlooking the River Thames.

Jewel of Yorkshire

A very friendly Arabic Dance Festival, in Saltaire (Shipley, near Bradford) with International Star Teachers, Lulu Sabongi, Lorna Gow, Khaled Mahmoud, Sara Farouk, Meissoun as well as fantastic UK based teachers, such as Kay Taylor, Maria D'Silva, Madeleine Mitchell, Anne Kingston & Tracey Gibbs.

Workshops, Souk, Performances, and a very good vibe!

Johara Show - Elemental

Saturday 6th June 2009

A new show from choreographer Josephine Wise, Elemental is compelling theatrical experience, incorporating a blend of Arabic bellydance with a rich mix of other World dances. 

This show forms part of the Johara Tour, with other shows taking place in London, Maidstone, Brighton, Bristol, Oxford & Wimbourne.
